One thing that remains constant, though, is our culture of sharing, which motivates our producers in their pursuit of excellence. We do more than just develop individual producers—we build entire producer communities.
Producers learn the most from those who are on the front lines. The AMS Mentor Program allows participants to team up with our top producers for a hands-on, two-day exploration of successful business practices. They see firsthand what puts these producers on top and learn how to apply those concepts to their own practice.
Our Mentors represent the best of what AMS has to offer. They are chosen for their level of professionalism, ethical standards, relentless dedication to building their business, and passion to improve the lives of their clients. The AMS Mentor Program allows our participating producers direct access to some of the best producers in the industry and a firsthand opportunity to observe the sales techniques and business processes that have put them on top.
