Susan Grubb joined the AMS Family the fall of 2006. After graduating from the University of Washington, Susan worked for a variety of small businesses and fully appreciates and understands the rewards and challenges producers encounter running a small business. In addition to developing short and long-term marketing strategies for producers, Susan specializes in developing and implementing life insurance marketing and sales systems, coaches on how to optimize life insurance marketing and sales, and works directly with the VP of Life Sales on projects suited to furthering producer development.
