In her role as Senior VP, Ms. Costa manages all producer-facing functions at Asset Marketing. She is relentlessly dedicated to customer service, as the many advisors with whom she has worked can attest. Dee’s diverse knowledge base in underwriting, technology, life insurance and training and agency building has helped change hundreds of advisors’ lives for the better. At AMS, Dee’s mission is to help producers find the path to a lifetime of fulfillment through recurring income and heartfelt service. No one in the FMO world has done more to help independent producers build their businesses. “I met Dee Costa at an Asset Marketing function,” remembers one top producer, “and I was seriously thinking about leaving the business. I was struggling, and had only done 500 thousand in production that year. She fought for me and turned my business and life around. Our office is doing 20 million in production today. I have learned so much from Dee.” Dee has over 30 years of experience in the industry. At E.F. Hutton Life, she was part of the team that introduced Universal Life insurance to the world in the late 1970’s, played a key leadership role in developing world class service teams. She also played a vital role in the development of technology used to illustrate universal life products. She eventually became their VP of Administration, with 250 people reporting to her. She has been a Council producer with New York Life, a Vice President of Training for The Foresters, and was part of the original leadership team that helped grow Matrix Direct, one of the fastest-growing success stories in the insurance field. Dee is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah and holds Series 7 and insurance licenses.
