Asset Marketing Systems Insurance Services, LLC (AMS) is a distributor of
insurance products with an expertise in fixed
index annuities, fixed annuities,
life insurance and long-term
care insurance.
In the industry, we are referred to as an Independent Marketing Organization (IMO) or Field Marketing Organization (FMO). Insurance carriers utilize IMOs to promote and distribute their products and services to you, the producer. Insurance carriers compensate IMOs fixed percentage based on the total premium sold by producers licensed through that IMO. That means we never take a cut of your commissions.

History
Richard M. Metcalfe II founded AMS
in 1996 with four people in a cramped office. In that small office,
a big idea was born that would continue to grow over the following
years. Today, with more than a decade under our belt and a staff of
highly qualified professionals on our team, AMS has placed
over $9 billion in annuities, life insurance and long-term
care insurance premium.
